I decided to set this website up to make contact with more people through my writing and workshop.

All my life my work has been with people starting as a nurse, time in education and health promotion as well as having my own businesses ranging from a cosmetic company to training, counseling and working as a personal and professional development consultant.

Much of the work involved sharing stories, experiences of each others lives, and realising how this can build trust.
Story telling then is very much part of my life, not only at work, but with my children, grandchildren and great grand child.
 
How people manage their life experiences and learn from them endlessly fascinates me and I hope by reading the stories that I have written and joining me in workshops we can all benefit and have some fun.
